Die casting
Focasting’s CNC machining capabilities are supported by cutting-edge equipment and in-house engineering services. Our experienced professionals ensure strict adherence to your engineering specifications. We produce high-quality, precision components from bar stock.
Additionally, we handle finishing processes for both as-cast and as-forged components, including necessary secondary operations like heat treatment and surface treatment.
What is Die Casting?
Die casting is a metal-forming technique where molten metal is poured into a mold to create precise components with intricate details. These die-cast parts find applications in various industries, including automotive, aerospace, power equipment, lighting, and firearms.

Different casting processes offer unique advantages, and we assist our customers in selecting the most suitable method based on factors like annual volume, part size, weight, geometry, and surface finish requirements.
Focasting utilizes common die casting processes such as High Pressure Die Casting (HPDC), Low-Pressure Die Casting (LPDC), and Gravity Die Casting (GDC). Additionally, we support the semi-permanent casting process, which involves using sand cores to create internal passages within the die-cast components.

Our capabilities extend to producing die-cast components using both hot chamber and cold chamber production die-casting machines. The choice of machine tonnage depends on factors like part size and cavitation.
